Tilemaster Pro Flow Smoothing Compound

Pro Flow is a rapid setting, high performance latex based two part smoothing compound, consisting of a specially formulated powder component that is mixed with a pre-gauged, protein free and high polymer content liquid. It has excellent flow and adhesion properties and these unique properties ensure that Pro Flow can be used with confidence without the need to prime the large majority of substrates. Pro Flow is suitable for use over a wide range of substrates including those subject to limited movement and/or vibration such as plywood overlay and underfloor heating systems as well as for solid substrates such as concrete and sand/cement screed. The product is also moisture tolerant which means it can be used to level floors where no damp proof membrane is present. Once mixed, Pro Flow will remain workable for 20 – 25 minutes and it will accept light foot traffic after 90 minutes in ideal conditions. Tiles can be applied after 3 hours and decorative floor coverings can be installed after 4 hours. Pro Flow can be applied from depths of 2 – 12mm in one application.
